国际焊接技师在现代企业中的作用与培训模式

摘　　要：国际焊接技师是中国第一批获得国际焊接学会授权培训的国际焊接资质人员之一。介绍了国际焊接技师在企业生产中和企业认证中的作用,国际焊接技师培训的规程及探讨今后国际焊接技师培训的不同模式。国际焊接技师是企业生产中不可缺少的高技能技术人才,是企业认证的重要人员基础。我国的高技能技术人才非常缺乏,国际焊接技师更加缺乏,我们必须通过授权培训机构的培训、培训机构与企业行业合作培训及培训机构与职业学院等院校合作培训等方式加速培养速度,满足国家建设的需求。International Welding Specialist （IWS） are the first approved training personnel which authorized by the Intemational Institute of Welding （IIW） in China.This article describes the function of IWS on production and company certification,the guideline of IWS training and exploring the different models of IWS training in future.IWS are indispensable for the production and they are basic for company certification.In China,the highly skilled personnel are lack,and the IWS even less.We must speed up the training speed through the training by authorized body or cooperation with enterprise or cooperation with colleges etc. to satisfying the need of National construction.
