摘　　要：介绍了国际焊接质检人员(IWIP)培训规程中规定的入学途径,以及国际焊接质检人员在焊接企业中的典型职能和作用,并以国际焊接质检人员在国内、外知名大企业中的情况为例,指出国际焊接工程师(IWE)等焊接人员接受国际焊接质检人员再培训的必要性和意义。回顾了我国自2004年获得国际焊接学会授权以来国际焊接质检人员的发展情况,分析了国际焊接质检人员培训的潜在市场,指明国际焊接质检人员培训在我国的前景是非常可观的。This article introduces the access mutes of International Welding Inspection Personnel （IWIP） and the typical duties of IWIP in the welding companies.It takes examples by the status of IWIP in the worldwide famous companies,points out the necessary of International Welding Engineer （IWE） taking IWIP courses.This article also reviewes the growing status of IWIP training in China and analyses the patential market of IWIP training,finally points out the outlook of IWIP training in China is considerable.
