摘　　要：本文介绍了自获得国际焊接学会(IIW)授权以来,机械工业哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心(WTI Harbin)积极促进国际焊接培训与资格认证体系在中国的发展:广泛联合行业组织、高等院校,服务于行业的发展;积极拓展培训领域以满足企业人才需求;与全国各地的高校、培训机构建立联合培养基地;搭建资源共享平台,促进新技术新设备的推广;联合专业媒体,举办各种交流推广活动。WTI Harbin在取得培训与认证人员总数世界第二良好业绩的同时,在国内开展焊接生产制造企业国际认证工作,全面推进焊接生产企业资格认证的国际接轨。This paper introduces Harbin Welding Training Institute （WTI Harbin） how to promote actively the development of international welding training and qualification system in China.h unites widely industrial organizations and universities to serve the development of industry ;expands actively the field of training to fulfill the company＇s demand;establishes cooperation training base with universities and training body around the country;builds resource sharing platform to promote new technologies and equipments;associates with professional media and holds a variety of promotional activities.WTI Harbin has got the outstanding achievements which the total number of international diplomas awarded ranks the second in the world and meanwhile advances the internationalization of welding company certification.
