摘　　要：目的:探讨树突状细胞(DC)-细胞因子诱导的杀伤(CIK)细胞免疫治疗配合CIK细胞联合白介素2胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸腔积液的疗效及机制。方法:分别采集8例癌性胸腔积液患者外周血单个核细胞,诱导成熟DC行淋巴结部位皮下注射;诱导CIK细胞分别行静脉输注以及CIK细胞联合白介素2胸腔内注射。结果:患者治疗后外周血T细胞亚群显示NK细胞(CD16+CD56+双阳性细胞)较治疗前明显上升,患者的临床症状、影像学均提示病变较前好转。结论:DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗配合CIK细胞联合白介素2胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸腔积液有确切疗效,延长患者生存期,提高生活质量。Objective：To assess the ex vivo therapeutic effects of DC-CIK immunotherapy and CIK cells combined with IL-2 in the patients with malignant pleural effusion and the mechanism involved.Methods：Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from 8 patients with malignant pleural effusion,Maturation of DCs were induced by TL-4,GM-CSF and TNF-α,and then injected ex vivo by subcutaneous injection.CIK cells were induced by CD3 monoclonal antibody,γ-IFN and IL-2,and transfused back both intravenously and intra-thoracic cavity combined with IL-2 at 1 000 000 U.Results：After the treatment,NK cells（CD16＋CD56＋cells）of the peripheral blood were increased significantly.Clinical symptoms and iconography of patients were ameliorated.Conclusion：It has definite effect that DC-CIK immunotherapy is combined with IL-2 into thoracic cavity.The cooperated regimen can prolong lifespan of the patients and ameliorate their life quality.
