我国高校竞技体育项目布局现状及优化策略

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,探讨我国高校竞技体育布局的现状与问题。结果表明:经过多年实践,高校竞技体育布局的规模、结构、竞技水平等均取得一定成效,但也存在前瞻决策不足,主导特点不明,比较优势不清,层次目标分离等问题。提出项目布局非均衡协调发展,合理利用竞赛驱动机制,以校园文化包容竞技体育等若干优化策略。Using the methods of literature, questionnaire etc., it investigated the present situation of the competitive sports layout in universities and colleges of our country and problems existed. The results show that after many-year practice, the scale and structure of the competitive sports layout and competitive level etc. of universities and colleges have won a certain success; but there still exist such problems as lack of forward-looking decision, mistiness of dominant characteristic, dimness of comparative advantage and separation of all levels of aims and so forth. It brought forward the following bettering strategies： having the layout of events developed in an unbalanced way, rationally utilizing the driving mechanism of competition, making campus culture contain competitive sport and so forth.
