我国畲族和汉族儿童青少年身高生长发育变化特征的比较研究

摘　　要：对畲族和汉族7～19岁儿童青少年体质健康指标进行了抽样检测和调查研究，比较分析其身高生长发育变化特征，结果表明：7～19岁畲族和汉族男儿童青少年身高自然增长值大小排序的年龄段变化特征存在着差异，畲族7～17岁男的身高自然增长值略低于汉族男的；7～19岁畲族和汉族女儿童青少年身高自然增长值大小排序的年龄段变化特征基本相同，畲族7～14岁女的身高自然增长值略低于汉族女的；畲族7～19岁男、女身高生长发育整体水平略低于汉族。研究结果为畲族地区学校体育的健康教育提供可借鉴的理论参考依据。The physical fitness of children and adolescents aged from 7 to 19 of She minority and Han nationality in China were tested and investigated. Analyzing the height and growth characteristics between She Minority and Han Nationality children and adolescents , the results show that the natural growth of boys aged 7～19 was different between She and Han with age, the She boys＇ aged 7～17 was lower than the Han boys＇, but the natural growth of girls aged 7～19 was almost the same with age, and the She girls＇ aged 7～14 was a little lower than the Han girls＇. On the whole the level of height and growth of the She children and adolescents aged 7～19 was a little lower than the Han＇s. These provide theoretical reference basis for She minority school physical health education.
