摘　　要：以广东纺织职业技术学院为例,对服装应届毕业生的就业情况进行了调研.从服装企业调研入手,探讨了服装专业就业中存在的问题和服装企业的人才需求情况.以此为出发点,对课程设置、专业设置、学生综合素质的提高等方面提出建议,使人才培养与服装企业的人才需求接轨.The employment status of graduates in GuangDong Textile Technology Institute is investigated. By the investigation of apparel enterprises, the problems and the technician demand of fashion major are discussed. Some suggestions are give to curriculum construction, specialties construction and comprehensive quality for bringing technician cultivation in line with social demand.
