摘  要:目的:从遗传本质和化学成分两个角度对冬虫夏草进行真伪鉴别。方法:采用核糖体基因(rDNA)测序和高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱对冬虫夏草、亚香棒虫草及市场中贩卖的所谓“冬虫夏草”样品进行检测。结果:冬虫夏草与亚香棒虫草的rDNA序列相似度为80.5%~81.0%,HPLC指纹图谱的相似度低于47.9%,市场中贩卖的所谓“冬虫夏草”,实质上是亚香棒虫草。Cordyceps sinensis (Berkeley) Saccardo, a well-known and valued traditional Chinese medicine, was endemic to alpine habitats on the Tibetan plateau. Counterfeits of C. sinensis have been found in the herbal market, and C. hawkesii was the one of the most common ones. In this paper, C. sinertsis, C. hawkesii and samples S1, S2 which so call "C. sinensis" were analyzed by ribosomal DNA (rDNA) sequence and HPLC fingerprints. The result showed that the similarities of rDNA sequences from C.sinensis and C. hawkesii were 80.5%-81.0% and HPLC fingerprints from C. sinensis and C. hawkesii were lower than 47.9%. The samples S1, S2 were C. hawkesii.
