摘　　要：强奸案件犯罪嫌疑人的供述与辩解是开展侦查、用以查清和揭露犯罪的客观条件,是认定案件事实的重要证据。因此,从办案实际需要出发,就讯问犯罪嫌疑人的方法策略进行探讨,对于做好强奸案件的审理工作、打击强奸犯罪,具有重要意义。The confession and excuse of suspects of rape are the objective condition to carry out the investigation, identify and expose the crimes, it is the important basis of identification. Therefore, starting from the actual needs, this article explores strategies for accomplishing rape cases and combating crime of rape.
