摘 要:目的:观察急性重复缺氧动物产生间歇性低氧适应及对脑组织细胞的保护作用。结果:一次急性缺氧时血液和脑组织中的GSHpx活性明显下降(P<001),其中脑组织中的GSHpx活性在急性重复缺氧时被激活(P<005)。脑组织抗氧化能力增强。同时脑组织的Gls含量明显下降(P<001)。结论:Gls和GSHpx有抗自由基活性。急性重复性缺氧Gls下降同时NE下降,不同于持续性低氧表现,推测脑细胞β受体-腺苷酸环化酶系统在急性重复缺氧时未受严重伤害。AIM:To study intermittent hypoxia adaptation can be produced by acute and repetitive hypoxia,and protecting effect animal brain cells with ischemia.RESULTS:The activity of GSHpx was decreased( P <0.01),not only in blood but also in brain. When repetitive hypoxia for 4 times, the activity of GSHpx in brain was increased again( P <0.01).At the same time,the gangliosides in the membrane of brain cell were decreased ( P <0 01).It showed that Gls and the activity of GSHpx were interrelated.The contents of norepinephrine in brain were lower than the controls ( P <0 01).CONCLUSION:β receptor-adenylcyclase system was not injured by acute and repetitive hypoxia..
