摘　　要：再分配是构建和谐社会的重要途径。再分配最终是由生产资料的所有权关系决定的,因此,建立公平有效的再分配必须完善社会主义的基本经济制度。本文试图分析我国所有制改革面临的主要问题及其对再分配可能产生的影响,并提出相应的对策。Reallocation is an important way of constructing a harmonious society. Reallocation is ultimately decided by the ownership relation of the means of production. Therefore, it must perfect the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism to construct equitable and efficient reallocation. The authors try to analyze the major problems that the ownership reform in our country is faced with and the the effect of the reform on reallocation, and to come up with corresponding countermeasures.
