摘　　要：文章从金融学专业毕业实习的重要性出发,以福建农林大学金融学专业毕业实习为例,在对金融学专业的毕业实习中所存在的问题进行分析基础上,从实习模式改进、教师队伍建设、管理体系完善三个方面探讨完善金融学专业毕业实习的对策建设。Proceeding from the importance of the graduation internship of the speciality of finance and taking the speciality of finance of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example, this article, based on the analysis of the problems that exist in the graduation internship of the speciality of finance, probes the countermeasures to improve the mode of internship, the building of the teaching faculty, and the management of the system in order to perfect the graduation internship of the speciality of finance.
