晚期头颈恶性肿瘤组织含促血小板聚集物

摘　　要：目的：探讨头颈恶性肿瘤组织提取液是否含有直按聚集血小板的物质。方法：将１５例头颈恶性肿瘤和１４例非恶性肿瘤组织匀浆取组织提取液，然后将其分别致聚于头颈恶性肿瘤２１例，非肿瘤、非恶性肿瘤３３例及健康人１６例的血小板。结果：①头颈恶性肿瘤组织提取液致聚的阳性率比非恶性头颈肿瘤组织提取液致聚的高；②头颈恶性肿瘤组织提取液对血小板的聚集作用随病期进展而增强；③头颈部恶性肿瘤病人的血小板易受组织提取液激聚，其血小板最大聚集率随病期进展而增强。结论：晚期头颈恶性肿瘤组织含促血小板聚集物，肿瘤组织提取液的成分是复杂的，可能是直接引起恶性肿瘤机体血小板聚集增强的原因之一。Purpose: To found whether platelet aggregating substance were contained in the extraction of malignant tumor tissue of head and neck. Method: The tumor tissue from 15 malignant and 14 nonmalignant tumor of head and neck were homogenized as crude extraction, which aggregated platelets in 21 malignant, 33 nontumor nonmalignant tumor of head and neck, and 16 control respectively. Results: ①The positive rate of aggregation induced by extraction from malignant tumor was higher than that from nonmalignant tumor; ②The aggregating function induced by extraction from malignant was increased with disease developing; ③The platelets were preferentially aggregated by crude tissue extraction of tumor in the group of malignant tumor of head and neck, in which the maximum aggregation rate of platelet were increased with disease developing. Conclutions: Results suggested that the aggregating substance were complexes and contained in tissue of advanced malignant tumor of head and neck. That the aggregating substance from malignant tumor might directively affect the function of platelet in circulation.
