摘　　要：概述了机构知识库的定义,阐明了图书馆建设机构知识库的重要意义,简要介绍了中国科学院力学研究所图书馆机构知识库的建设情况。This paper describes the definition of IR, expounds the important significance of constructing IR by university library, and briefly introduces the progress of the on-going construction of IR of the library of the Institute of Mechanics of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
