摘 要:由于我国人地关系紧张,耕地非农化对于耕地总量及粮食安全有一定的影响,因此耕地非农化与粮食产量关系的空间特征已经成为研究焦点。论文以东北三省为研究对象,应用GIS技术详细地分析了耕地非农化、耕地非农化与耕地综合质量关系及耕地非农化与粮食产量关系的空间特征。研究结果表明:①东北三省在1993~2003年10年间耕地非农化面积为16.599×10^4hm2,耕地非农化率为1.012%,年均耕地非农化率为0.101%,吉林和黑龙江两省分别是耕地非农化程度最高、最低的两个省份,耕地非农化率分别为2.138%和0.215%,东北三省交通位置优越及沿海的县(市)耕地非农化程度较高;②吉林省耕地非农化面积最大,但以占用中下等耕地为主,中下等耕地非农化面积占该省总耕地非农化面积64.2%;而辽宁省和黑龙江省耕地非农化区域绝大部分都是上等地,分别占本省耕地非农化面积的90.9%和52.2%;③东北1993~2003年10年间因耕地非农化共导致粮食减产9.106×10^8kg,以吉林省为最,占总量的59%。建议禁止辽宁省和黑龙江省建设用地占用上等耕地,而严格控制吉林省的建设用地过快发展,注重经济发展与耕地保护之间的协调,是落实东北三省未来“耕地总量动态平衡”政策的关键所在。Since tense relation between human and land in China and the influence of non-agriculturalization on the total arable land area and food security, the spatial characteristics of the relation between arable land non-agriculturalization and food production has been a focus. This paper studied the spatial characteristics of the relation between arable land non-agricuhuralization and food production for three provinces in northeast China of Jilin, Liaoning and Heilongjiang. The authors applied GIS technique to analyze in detail spatial characteristics of arable land non- agricuhuralization, of the relation between arable land non-agriculturalization and arable land comprehensive quality, and of the relation between arable land non-agricuhuralization and food production. The study results indicated that : ( 1 ) the acreage of arable land non-agriculturalization reached a total area of 16. 599 ×10^4 ha2 with the arable land non-agricuhuralization rate of 1. 012% and the annual arable land non-agricuhuralization rate of 0. 101% for the study area during the time period 1993 -2003. Jilin province and Heilongjiang province were respectively the highest one and lowest one in arable land non-agricuhuralization extent with the arable land nonagricuhuralization rates of 2. 138% and 0. 215%, respectively. And arable land non-agriculturalization extent of counties or cities which are adjacent to sea or have superiority in location was high. (2) Jilin was the province which arable land non-agriculturalization area was maximum,and the transformed arable lands were mostly low-middle quality areas which occupy a percentage of 64.2% to the total arable land non-agricuhuralization area. And meanwhile the high quality arable lands in Liaoning province and Heilongjiang province predominated the transformed arable lands with the rates of 90.9% and 52.2, respectively. (3) The total amount of food loss caused by arable land non-agricultualization for the study area during 1993 -2003 was up to 9. 106 ×10^8 kg, in which Jili
