骨膦对骨转移癌止痛效果的临床观察

摘　　要：本义观察了３６例骨转移癌，使用骨膦的止痛效果，总有效率７７．８％，其中以乳腺癌和肺癌效果较佳，有效率分别为８２．４％与７７．８％，加用化疗比单用膦止痛效光明显增强，且与疗程呈正相关。Bonefos was used for pain control of bone metastasis. Thirty - six patients with bone metastasis were addministerted a single oral dose or oral combination injection. Follow up study (at least 14 days)revealed a total pain relief rate of 77.8%.ln patients with primary tumors of breast cancer and lung cancer, the effective rate were 82.4% and 77.8% respectively. No obivious side effect was observed. Bonefos combined with chemotherapy is vecommended. The effect was positively correlated with the course of treatment. No hepercalcemia was foumd in this series. lt is suggested that Bonefos is safe and effective in the management of pain of bone metastasis.
