中西医结合临床路径在缺血性脑卒中急性期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用中西医结合临床路径在缺血性脑卒中急性期患者中的临床效果。方法将85例缺血性脑卒中急性期患者随机分为实验组45例和对照组40例,实验组按制订好的缺血性脑卒中急性期患者临床路径表实施每日治疗和护理工作,对照组进行神经内科常规治疗和按国家中医药管理局1999年制定的脑卒中护理常规进行。结果实验组临床神经功能缺损(CNS)评分较对照组降低(P<0.05),实验组患者平均住院日、住院治疗费用等方面较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合临床路径应用于急性期缺血性脑卒中患者,可有效提高护理质量。Objective Discussion application cooperation of traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical pathway in cerebral stroke acute stage patient＇s clinical effect. Methods Divides into stochastically 85 example anemic stroke acute stage patient the experimental group 45 examples and the control group 40 examples, the experimental group according to the cerebral stroke acute stage patient clinical pathway table implementation which draws up treats and the nursing work every day, the control group carries on the nerve internal medicine depamnent convention treatment and the stroke nursing convention which in 1999 formulated according to national Chinese medicine administrative bureau carries on. Results The experimental group clinical nerve function limitation score（CNS} grading reduces compares the control group obviously （ P 〈 0.05）, experimental group patient equally aspects and so on in hospital date, hospital treatment expense compare the control group to have the significance difference [ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The cooperation of traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical pathway applies in the acute stage cerebral stroke patient, but improves the nursing quality effectively.
