白细胞介素-2、a-干扰素联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗肾癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素-2、a-干扰素联合5-氟尿嘧啶的生物化疗在肾癌根治术后的治疗效果。方法42例行肾癌根治术的患者术后应用白细胞介素-2、a-干扰素和5-氟尿嘧啶治疗,观察患者术后生存率。结果经过13～37个月的随访,术后1、2、3年的生存率分别为100%(42/42)、95.2%(40/42)、85.7%(36/42)。所有患者没有发生严重不良反应。结论白细胞介素-2、a-干扰素联合5-氟尿嘧啶的生物化疗可提高肾癌根治术后患者的生存率,药物耐受性良好,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effects of interleukin-2 and interferon-a combined with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma after radical nephrectomy. Methods A total of 42 patients with renal cell carcinoma after radical nephrectomy were treated with interleukin-2,interferon-a and 5-fluorouracil.The survival rate was calculated. Results After 13 to 37 months follow-up,the 1,2 and 3-year survival rate were 100%, 95.2% and 85.7 %, respectively. There was no severe toxicity. Conclusion Postoperative usage of interleukin-2,interferon-a, and 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma could enhance the treatment efficiency with moderate toxicity, which should be recommended in clinical therapy for renal cell carcinoma.
