平阳霉素碘化油乳剂在肝脏巨大血管瘤介入栓塞治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨平阳霉素碘化油乳剂在肝脏巨大血管瘤介入栓塞治疗中的价值。方法经导管注入平阳霉素和碘化油混合乳剂栓塞治疗23例肝脏巨大血管瘤。结果所有患者经介入栓塞治疗后血管瘤均有缩小,其中,19例明显缩小,无复发及严重并发症发生。结论使用平阳霉素和碘化油混合乳剂经肝动脉栓塞治疗肝脏巨大血管瘤是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate value of the emulsion of pingyangmyein and iodized oil in interventional embolization treatment for huge hepatic hemangioma. Methods Transcatheter arterial embolizafion, successively with the emulsion of pingyangmycin and iodized oil, was performed in 23 patients with huge hepatic hemangioma. Results Hemangiomas all diminished, 19 significantly, after interventional embolization treatment. Conclusion Hepatic arterial embolization treatmnet by the emulsion of pingyangmycin and iodized oil is safe and effective method for huge hepatic hemangioma.
