摘 要:目的直系同源蛋白具有非常重要的作用,研究其拓扑特性及其受到的microRNA调控是非常有意义的。方法本文采用Z-score测度,利用直系同源蛋白数据、蛋白质互作网络数据和microRNA靶基因数据,研究直系同源蛋白在蛋白质互作网络中的特性,及其受到microRNA调控的特点。结果研究结果发现直系同源蛋白在蛋白质互作网络中具有更高的连接度,其所对应的基因也受到更多的microRNA调控。结论研究结果揭示了直系同源蛋白具有更高的功能复杂性,而且microRNA倾向于调控较保守的、在网络中具有更高连接度的蛋白质。Objective: Ortholog proteins are of great importance in genetics, the research on whose topological characteristics as well as the effect caused by microRNA regulation on which is of great significance. Methods: In this paper, the characteristics of both ortholog proteins in the protein - protein interaction network and the propensity of the microRNA regulation on ortholog proteins are evaluated by Z - score metric with the dataset of ortholog proteins, protein - protein interaction network, and the microRNA target genes. Results : The results indicate that in protein - protein interaction network, ortholog proteins are of higher connectivity and the corresponding genes are more easily to be regulated by microRNA. Conclusion : All these show that ortholog proteins are of higher complexity in function, also, the microRNA tends to regulate proteins with higher conservation and higher connectivity in the protein - protein interaction network.
