摘  要:为探讨内皮素(ET)在脑出血(CH)的发病机制中的作用,我们用放射免疫分析法系统地测定观察了57例CH患者血浆ET含量的变化。结果发现:1.CH患者血浆ET水平(110.7±44.11)较对照组(66.75±27.23)显著性升高(P<0.001)。2.CH患者血浆ET水平与年龄无明显相关,与病情轻重、出血量的多少及是否合并其他脏器损害有关。3.CH患者血浆ET水平动态变化的规律为:血浆ET水平在发病后24小时内即开始升高,1~3天达高峰,之后维护在较高水平直至14天,半月后开始下降,1月后基本降至正常水平。这与CH后脑水肿的形成时程一致。以上结果说明ET参与了CH的发生与发展。In order to study the role of endothelin (ET) in the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage (CH), we measured the ET levels in plasma in 57 patients with CH by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that; 1. Compared to the control group (66. 75±27. 23),the levels of ET in plasma in patients with CH (110. 7±44. 11) was elevated significantly (P<0. 001). 2. The levels of ET in plasma in patients with CH wasn't related to age. but it was associated with the severity of neurological conditions, the volume of the hematoma and wheter or not complicated by other organic damage. 3. The trend of ET levels in plasma in patients with CH was as follows: the ET levels in plasma was began to elevated within 24 hours after the onset of CH, reach the peak on days l-3, then remainied the higher levels and became descended significantly on days 15, and became normal on days 30. The time course of the occurrence of brain deema and that of the increase of ET in plasma coincided precisely. These results suggest that ET involves in the generation and development of CH.
