摘　　要：文章以浙江民营第三方物流企业为样本,实证分析了民营第三方物流企业的成功因素。研究发现:领导者、企业制度、组织职能、战略规划、核心竞争力、人才团队、客户服务、内部整合是影响企业成功的八项因素。文章认为,民营第三方物流企业的领导者在扮演家长型领导角色时,应调动下属的积极性与创造性,注重人才战略,提高企业信息化程度及信息化管理水平,为客户提供及时、准确、可靠和多样化的物流服务。Sampling the private-owned third-party logistics enterprises in Zhejiang province, the paper analyzes the success factors of private-owned third-party logistics enterprises. That is, the eight factors contributing to the success of private-owned third-party logistics enterprises are leader team, enterprise system, organization function, strategy planning, core competitiveness, talents teamwork, customer service, and internal integration. The paper holds that the leaders in the enterprises, while playing a role as parents in the family, have to motivate the initiative of their subordinates, pay much attention to talents strategy, improve the informatization and informationized management and provide customers with timely accurate reliable and diversified service.
