摘　　要：文章以世界500强和中国500强企业的历年数据为基础,分析了中国企业的特点,尤其是中国企业的国家竞争力的现状,初步探讨了其中存在的关键问题,为中国企业更好发展提供相应的对策,使中国企业在世界500强中更具有竞争力。This paper, based on the world＇s top 500 and Chinese top 500 enterprises historical data, analyzed the features of Chinese enterprises, especially the status of Chinese enterprises national competitiveness, and then discussed the key issues for the development of Chinese enterprises, and finally provided the corresponding measures for Chinese enterprises so as to make them more competitive in the world.
