摘 要:针对传统评价方法的不足,提出一种基于分形理论和以纳米复合材料TEM图像为评价对象的分散相粒度分布定量评价方法。首先运用离散对象构成的自然分形体的盒维数建立分散相粒度分布的数学模型,然后将纳米复合材料TEM图像进行二值化与图像处理,再提取纳米复合材料TEM图像中各标记值对应的等效半径和大于等效半径的粒子数,并在双对数坐标中进行直线拟合,该直线的斜率即为粒度分布参数盒维数|p|,并以此作为评价分散相粒度分布的指标。将该方法实际应用于在不同分散条件下纳米铁粉的粒度分布评价,验证了该评价方法的可行性。Aim at the shortages of traditional evaluating methods, a quantitative assessing method was proposed to evaluate the particle size distribution of disperse phase in polymer nano-eomposites based on the fractals theory and by taking TEM image of nano-composites as an evaluating object. Firstly, the mathematic model of particle size distribution was built by using the boxcounting of natural fractals, then the TEM image of nano-composites was processed, after that, the particle size distribution parameter based on the equivalent radius and the amount of the radius bigger than the equivalent radius was extracted, the data were disposed with linear curve fitting, and the slope of the line is the box-counting that can be used as an evaluation parameter of size distribution. The method was applied to assess the particle size distribution of nano-sized iron powder under different disperse conditions, and the feasibility of the method was validated.
