摘　　要：考虑由制造商、零售商和二级电子市场平台拥有者组成的供应链,研究制造商和零售商分别作为供应链主导者时,实现供应链协调的回购契约和价格补贴契约,供应链中各参与方的期望收益以及二级电子市场平台拥有者加入供应链的条件。通过算例分析比较契约参数的变化以及各参与方期望收益的变化。Considering a supply chain composed of a manufacturer, a retailer and the owner of secondary e-market, study was made on supply chain coordination with return contract and markdown money contract when manufacturer and retailer dominated the supply chain respectively. Also analyzed was the expected profit of each member and the condition under which the owner of secondary e-market took part in the supply chain. At last, numerical cases were used to compare the contract parameters and each member＇s expected profit.
