摘　　要：提出供应链协调的定义,指出产业群中特定供应网络的有界性。基于大量文献回顾,悉数供应链协调中存在的大量问题,特定的协调问题结构化归类。提出用资源结构共享性、决策体系、控制水平、激励机制和与SSCM能力切合度5个维度对该协调机制加以控制和评估。通过每个维度交易成本增量对特定子供应网络利益的边际贡献率来评估每个维度上的效率,确定改进的方向。基于上两步工作,提出"Tripple-A"(Agility,Adaptability,Alignment)三特性的供应网络便是供应链协调机制运行所应该带来的结果,并指出了进一步研究的方向。The definition of supply chain coordination was given and the boundary principle of specific supply network in industry group was pointed out. Based on a great number of literatures, various problems in supply chain coordination were listed, classified and structured. Five dimensions, resource sharing structure, decision system, control level, incentive mechanism and the degree of SSCM （Specific Sub-supply-network Supply Chain Management） capability fit, were employed to control and evaluate the coordination mechanism. By analyzing in each dimension the rate of marginal contribution to specific sub-supply-network over the incremental transaction costs, the direction of improvement was determined. Based on the above two steps, it was pointed out that a supply network with the characteristics of ＂Triple A＂ （ Agility, Adaptability, Alignment） should be the result of the implementation of supply chain coordination mechanism. Direction for further research was pointed out.
