摘 要:基于CO2激光对非金属雕刻加工的机理,根据瞬间气化理论,给出了能量、加工速度和功率密度的关系式.计算了光学聚焦系统的主要参数.讨论了最佳参数的取值范围,对于JS-A型激光雕刻机,在400mm×260mm雕刻范围内,雕刻100cm2的试件,功率密度最大波动2.45%,一般情况小于1%,理论分析与实验结果相符.The mechanism of the carving on non metallic materials with CO 2 laser is studied. According to the theory of transient evaporation, the relations among the energy, the process speed and the laser power density are given. The main parameters of the optical focusing system are calculated. The range of the values of optimal parameters is discussed. For the Model JS A CO 2 laser carver, the maximum power density fluctuation is within 2.45 %, and in normal cases, it is less than 1% when a work piece of an area of 100cm 2 is carved, and the limit of the carving area is about 400mm×260mm 2. The results of theoretical analysis agree with the experimental ones.
