摘　　要：学科发展的历史是概念、范畴产生和发展的历史,"命门"范畴的形成,反映了中医学在临床实践中理论思维的支撑和指导意义。深入研究"命门"范畴及范畴体系的形成、内涵、作用和对临床的指导价值,将为中医理论的创新发展提供科学依据和方法论思路的借鉴。The history of subject development is the history of concept and category＇s production and development, the formation of ＂the Vital Gate＂ category reflects Theoretical Thinking＇s supporting and guiding significance of TCM in clinical practice. Study ＂the Vital Gate＂ category and the formation, connotation, effect, guiding value to clinic of category system deeply, will provide scientific basis and methodologies approaches to TCM theory＇s innovation and development.
