摘　　要：根据自身工作的体会及参考国内外文献,总结分析了病案管理人员职业倦怠的根源及职业倦怠对病案工作人员的影响,探讨解决职业倦怠的应对策略,为消除职业倦怠对病案管理人员的影响,提高病案管理人员的职业威望,促进病案管理工作的发展提供理论依据。According to the myself experience and internal and overseas literature, Summarizing and analyzing rootstock of job burnout in manager of case history and influence of job burnout for manager of case history. To discuss countermeasure of solving job burnout. Lending theory thereunder for dispeling infection of job burnout in manager of case history,and increasing metier reverence of manager of case history,and advancing development of managing work of case history.
