摘  要:目的通过测量龈沟液(GCF)的量,以及龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的水平,探索修复体边缘位置对牙周组织的影响。方法选取下颌第一磨牙钴铬合金全冠40例,分为龈上组和龈下组,分别在修复前、修复后4周、12周时,采集龈沟液,测量GCF及ALP水平。结果已修复牙的GCF,ALP水平较修复前增高,其中龈下组有显著性差异,龈上边缘组与龈下组之间有显著差别。结论冠修复体边缘尤其是龈下边缘对牙周组织有影响。Objective To study the effects of different locations of crown margin on the health of periodontium. Methods A total of 40 mandibular full metal crowns of 40 volunteers were randomly divided into two groups : upgingival and subgingival crest. Before operation and at the point of 4weeks and 12weeks after operation, gingival cervical fluid (GCF) were collected and weighed,and the levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) of GCF were tested. Results Both amount of GCF and ALP levels increased somewhat but not significantly in upgingival group, while the effects of subgingival group on periodontium show statistically significant change. Moreover, the effects of two groups on periodontium show statistically significant change. Conclusion Subgingival crest is unfavourable to periodontium health.
