摘　　要：阐述了转向架应力谱统计推断中常用的三种分布的拟合方法，并将这三种理论分布同时用于一组测试数据的拟合，然后以反映拟合相对误差的χ２检验为择优标准选择一种理论分布，再作分布假设检验．对三参数威布尔分布的拟合，提出了一种非线性优化的算法，使拟合出的理论分布更能反映统计子样母体的真实分布．The three common distribution fitting methods involvedin the statistical inference of the stress spectrum of the bogie frame are set forth. The three kinds of the theoretical distribution are applied to the fit of the same group of test data at the same time, and a kind of theoretical distribution is selected according to the goodness standard of chi square test which can reflect the relative error of the fit, and then the distribution hypothesis test is done. A type of nonlinear optimization algorithm is introduced to the fit of the three parameter Weibull distribution, so that the fitting theoretical distribution can reflect the parent real distribution of the statistical subsample more perfectly.
