除草剂解毒剂解除乙草胺残留药害的生物活性研究

摘  要:采用室内生物活性测定的方法,研究了除草剂解毒剂N-二氯乙酰基-2-甲基-1-氧杂-4-氮杂-螺[4.4]壬烷减轻除草剂乙草胺对后茬作物水稻的残留药害。通过对水稻龙粳14和合江19根长、根鲜重等生理指标的测定,研究了该解毒剂对除草剂乙草胺的解毒效果。试验结果表明:在施用不同浓度的乙草胺的土壤中,用浓度为8 mg.kg-1的解毒剂浸种时,对水稻根长、根鲜重等生理指标均达到最佳的解毒效果,分别可使龙粳14和合江19的根长恢复到对照的104.42%、94.94%、71.72%和104.47%、93.84%、75.72%;根鲜重恢复到对照的112.50%、97.20%、58.41%和103.80%、88.32%、67.39%。Taking the method of the indoor bioassay to study the herbicide antidote dichloro-N-acetyl-2- methyl-l-oxa-4-aza-Lo[4.4] nonane to reduce herbicide acetochlor on the stubble after the rice crop residues injury. The rice root,root fresh weight,and other physiological indicators measured, studied the antidote to the detoxifieation effect of the herbicide acetochlor. The results showed that:when the seeds of Longjing14 and Heijiang19 were soaked in the concentration of 8 mg·kg^-1 ,the length of rice root, root fresh weight, and other physiological indicators could achieve the best antidote results, respectively, which would enable the rice root length return to 104.42%,94.94%, 71.72% and 104.47%, 93.84%, 75.72% of the control; root fresh weight to return to 112.50% ,97.20% ,58.41% and 103.80% ,88. 32% ,67.39% of the control.
