摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群与各临床病理指标相关变化及意义。方法:采用流式细胞术(FCM)对61例恶性卵巢肿瘤(原发肿瘤53例,转移性肿瘤8例)患者术前进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测,并与28例健康妇女进行定量比较分析。同时就原发性卵巢癌与各临床病理因素进行统计学分析。结果:53例上皮性卵巢癌及8例转移性恶性卵巢肿瘤T淋巴细胞亚群中CD8+明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞变化与年龄、癌块大小、腹水量、组织分化程度、FIGO临床分期、CA125水平有关,但与组织类型无关。结论:恶性卵巢肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能受到明显抑制,且与早期诊断及预后相关的临床病理指标有密切联系。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the variation of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of the patients with malignant ovarian tumor and some clinical pathologic indicators. Methods： The T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood from patients with malignant ovarian tumor （ n = 61 ） （ 53 cases of Primary tumor, 8 cases of Metastatic ovarian cancer） and healthy woman controls （ n = 28 ） were detected by quantitative analysis with flow eytometry （FCM） . And the relationship between primary ovarian cancer and clinical pathology indicators were statistically analyzed. Results ： The level of CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were lower in patients thalignant normal controls. The CD8 ＋ subsets of T lymphocyte subsets from 53 malignant epithelial ovarian cancer patients and 8 metastatic malignant ovarian cancer patients was significantly more than that of healthy controls. The changes of T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood of lancer patients depends on the age, the volume of tumor, the quantity of ascots, the level of tissue differentiation, the stage of FIGO, the level of CA125, having no relation with tissue classification. Conclusion. The T lymphocyte immunological function of patients with malignam ovarian tumor is inhibited, and is closely related to early diagnosis and clinical pathology indicators associated with prognosis.
