摘 要:目的:研究免疫球蛋白G(IgG)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达,探讨IgG的表达强度与卵巢上皮性癌病理分级的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测177例卵巢上皮性癌,50例卵巢良性肿瘤上皮组织中IgG的表达水平。结果:IgG在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达水平明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤上皮组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);IgG的表达强度与卵巢上皮性癌病理分级的关系呈正相关(r=0.410,P<0.001)。结论:IgG在卵巢上皮性癌组织中高表达;IgG在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的异常表达提示与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。Objective: To study the expression of immunoglobulin G in human ovarian epithelial cancer and its correlation with pathological grades of ovarian epithelial cancer. Methods: The expression of IgG in 177 ovarian epithelial cancer tissues and 50 ovarian be- nign tumor tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The expression of IgG in ovarian epithelial cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in ovarian benign tumor epithelial tissue (P〈0.001).There was positive correlation between the expression of IgG and pathological grades of ovarian epithelial cancer ( Y = 0. 410, P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion : IgG is highly expressed in ovarian epithelial cancer, abnormal expression of IgG in ovarian epithelial cancer plays a role in the occurring and development of ovarian epithelial cancer.
