卵巢上皮性肿瘤中VEGF-C与p53的表达关系的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织中VEGF-C和p53蛋白表达及与临床病理因素、预后的相关性。方法:应用S-P免疫组织化学染色法检测上皮性卵巢癌32例、交界上皮性卵巢瘤10例、良性上皮性卵巢瘤14例及正常卵巢上皮组织10例VEGF-C和p53蛋白的表达。结果:恶性及交界性卵巢组织中VEGF-C和p53中-高度阳性表达率分别为71.86%(23/32)和59.38%(19/32)、20.00%(2/10)和60.00%(6/10),而良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢上皮组织中均无VEGF-C和p53中-高度阳性表达。VEGF-C与p53蛋白表达呈正相关。结论:VEGF-C和p53中-高度阳性表达与卵巢癌患者腹水量、盆腹腔种植、淋巴结与远处转移相关。VEGF-C和p53蛋白中-高度表达可作为判断卵巢上皮癌预后的有价值指标。Objective ： To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor - C （ VEGF - C）, p53 protein in ovarian epithelial carcinoma and the relationship with clinicopathological factors and prognosis. Methods： Surgical specimens from 66 patients （in- cluding 32 cases with ovarian cancer, 10 cases with borderline ovarian tumor, 14 cases with benign ovarian tumor, 10 cases with normal ova- ry） were examined for VEGF- C protein, p53 expression by S- P immunohistochemical staining. Results： The middle- high level expres- sion rates of VEGF - C and p53 were 71.86% （23/32） and 59. 38% （19/32） in ovarian cancers, 20. 00% （2/10） and 60.00% （6/10） in borderline ovarian tumors. No middle - high level expression of VEGF - C and p53 was exhibited in benign ovarian tumors and normal o- varian tissues. There was positive correlation between VEGF - C and P53 protein expression. Conclusion： VEGF - C and P53 protein middle - high level expression correlate with ascites, local invasion in abdominopelvic cavity, lymphatic and distant metastasis. VEGF - C and p53 expression can be used as valuable factors to judge prognosis of the patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma.
