Caveolin-1和TGF-β_1在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨窖蛋白-1(Caveolin-1)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用S-P免疫组化法检测20例正常胃黏膜、30例不典型增生胃黏膜及58例胃癌组织中Caveolin-1及TGF-β1表达,并分析其与胃癌临床临床特征的相关性。结果正常胃黏膜、不典型增生胃黏膜、胃癌组织中Caveolin-1的阳性表达率依次降低,分别为90%、60%、36.2%,两两比较,P均<0.05;TGF-β1的阳性表达率依次升高,分别为20%、46.7%、72.4%,两两比较,P均<0.05。结论Caveolin-1表达缺失、TGF-β1表达上调均与胃癌的发生及生物学行为密切相关;胃癌组织中Caveolin-1及TGF-β1的表达可作为临床判断胃癌生物学行为、浸润深度及转移潜能的重要参考指标。Objective To investigate the effect of expression of Caveolin-1 and TGF-β1 in the development and progression of gastric cancer. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of Caveolin-1 and TGF-β1 in 20 normal gastric tissues,30 gastric atypical hyperplasia tissue and 58 gastric carcinoma tissue, the correlations between the Caveolin-1 ,TGF-β1 and clinical parameters were analyzed. Results The positive expressions of Caveolin-1 in normal gastric tissues, gastric atypical hyperplasia and gastric carcinoma decreased gradually, with rates of 90% ,60% ,36. 2% respectively, While the positive expressions of TGF-β1 increased gradually with the rates of 20% ,46.7% ,72.4% respectively, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The deletion expression of Caveolin-1 and the up-regulation expression of TGF-β1 in gastric epithelial cells are correlated to the development, biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma. Expression of Caveolin-1 and TGF-β1 maybe the important referent indexes for judging the biologic behavlor,infliltrate depth and diversion potency of gastric cancer.
