摘　　要：当前,企业社会责任已成为一种全球性潮流,并开始从传统的慈善救济向现代治理转型。然而,由于产权不清、社会信任度式微及政府职能转变滞后等一系列原因,致使中国企业社会责任在实施与转型过程中存在诸多困境。要想破解这些困境,促进企业社会责任转型,必须进行现代治理,明确产权关系、推进政府职能转型,打破政企联盟,培育第三部门,加强第三方监管。At present, the social responsibilities of enterprises have become a global tide with a modern turn. However, there exist some difficulties because of unclear property rights, low social trust, govern- mental functions and other reasons. To solve them and promote the turn of the social responsibilities of enterprises, treatment must be carried out, property rights must be made clear so that governmental func- tions may turn, the connection between enterprises and governments may be broken, and the third depart- ment may be set up and supervision may be strengthened.
