摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素8(IL-8)基因与幽门螺杆菌(H.pylor)i相关性胃疾病发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术检测144例H.pylori相关性胃疾病胃黏膜标本中IL-8蛋白表达,其中浅表性胃炎54例、胃溃疡33例、萎缩性胃炎57例;另外探讨了72例不同胃黏膜标本H.pylori感染及其根除治疗对IL-8蛋白产生的影响。结果胃疾病IL-8蛋白阳性表达率H.pylori阳性组高于H.pylori阴性组(55.4%,40.3%);浅表性胃炎IL-8蛋白阳性表达率H.pylori阳性组高于H.pylori阴性组(P<0.05);胃溃疡和萎缩性胃炎IL-8蛋白阳性表达率H.pylori阳性组高于H.pylori阴性组。H.pylori阳性组和H.pylori阴性组从浅表性胃炎→胃溃疡→萎缩性胃炎中IL-8蛋白阳性表达率逐渐上升(P<0.05)。根除H.pylori治疗后IL-8蛋白阳性表达率低于根除H.pylori治疗前。结论IL-8表达增强可能与HP相关性胃疾病有关。H.pylori感染可能通过IL-8介导促进癌前状态的发生。根除H.pylori治疗可以影响癌前状态。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of gene interleukin-8 （IL-8）and Helicobacter pylori（ H.pylori）- related gastric diseases. Methods The expression of IL-8 protein was determined by using immunohistochemical method in 144 cases of H. pylori-related gastric diseases,including 54 cases of superficial gastritis,33 cases of gastric ulcer,and 57 cases of atrophic gastritis.The effects of H.pylod infection and eradication of H.pylori on the expression of IL-8 protein were assessed in 72 cases of H.pylori-infected gastric mucosa. Results In cases of gastric diseases, including superficial gaslrifis, gastric ulcer, and atrophic gastritis, the positive expression rate of IL-8 protein in H.pylon-positive group was higher than that in H.pylori-negafive group（P 〈 0.05 ）.The positive expression rate of IL-8 protein increased from superficial gastritis to gastric ulcer to atrophic gastritis in both H.pylori-positive and H.pylori-negative groups （P 〈 0.05 ）.After the eradication of H.pylori,the positive expression rate of IL-8 protein was lower than that before the eradication. Conclusion The increased expression of IL-8 is related to H.pylori-related gastric diseases.The infection of H.pylon may promote the progression of precancerous condition, which is influenced by the eradication of H.pylori.
