前牙重度深覆盖患者的非拔牙矫治

摘　　要：目的探讨前牙重度深覆盖患者非拔牙矫治的可能性。方法对处于生长发育期、前牙覆盖大于8mm的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者,采用直丝弓矫治技术,配合使用口外弓及Ⅱ类颌间牵引进行非拔牙矫治。结果矫治时间为18～30个月,所有病例治疗结束后牙齿排列整齐,前牙覆覆盖正常,后牙咬合关系良好,侧貌协调,面部美观。结论对于前牙重度深覆盖患者,有效地利用下颌骨向前生长的潜力,采用非拔牙矫治方法,可以达到满意的疗效。Objective To evaluate the possibility of unsymmetrical extraction treatment of patients with severe deep overjet. Methods Class Ⅱ division 1 patients with overjet over 8mm in development period were treated with straight wire apphance and non-extraction treat- ment. In addition,facebows and Class Ⅱ elastics were also used. Results Total treatment time was 18 to 30 months. All patients achieved satisfactory treatment results,good occlusal relationship and soft tissue profile. Conclusion If we can pay attention to the treatment skill and process to flexibly choose the orthodontic method, make the private treatment plan and efficiently take advantage of mandible growth potential, good results will be achieved. Using growing potential, patients with deep overjet treated by non-extraction can achieve satisfactory effect.
