摘　　要：问卷作为一种客观、可靠的调查手段已经越来越多地应用于外语研究中。然而外语研究中使用问卷在设计上存在的大量问题不容忽视,直接影响问卷在研究中所起作用的有效发挥。本文介绍了问卷设计原则、结构、步骤等问卷设计的基本要素,针对外语实证研究中使用问卷的问题进行分析,指出外语实证研究问卷在结构、内容等方面存在的误区,并提出相应建议。As an objective and reliable instrument of survey, questionnaire has been widely employed in empirical foreign language researches. However, the problems abundant in questionnaire design directly leave a negative impact on the validity of the outcome. The paper explains the fundamental elements in questionnaire design, including its principles, structure and procedure, explores the problems with the content and structure of the questionnaires in empirical research of foreign languages and presents some advice accordingly.
