摘  要:目的建立了测定洋蓟叶中洋蓟素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法用水加热回流提取样品,采用Shim—packCLC—ODS色谱柱(150mm×6mm,5μm),乙腈-2%的醋酸水溶液(13:87)等度洗脱,检测波长320nm。结果洋蓟素在0.0049~0.196mg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.12%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.01%。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于洋蓟叶中洋蓟素的含量测定。Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of cynarin in leaves of Cynara scolymus L. Methods The sample was extracted with water using regurgitation. HPLC separation was carried out in a Shim - pack CLC - ODS columm (150 mm ×6 mm,5 μm) with aeetonitrile - water- acetic acid (13: 85: 2) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results The linear range was 0.0049 -0. 196mg · ml^-1 for Cynarin. The average recovery was 98.12% , and RSD was 0.93% (n = 5 ). Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and reproducible for determination of cynarin in leaves of Cynara scolymus L..
