高效液相色谱测定七味红花殊胜丸中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定七味红花殊胜丸中没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用kromasil—C18（4．6mm×250mm，0μm）色谱柱；流动相为甲醇：水（含0．04％磷酸）=5：95；检测波长为274cm；流速1ml·min^-1；柱温35％。结果没食子酸在0．0103～0．206μg之间呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为100．32％，RSD=1．88％（n=6），r=0．9998。结论该法简便，灵敏度高，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of gallic acid in Qiweihonghuashusheng pill. Methods The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 （4.6mm × 250mm,5μm） column with a mobile phase of acetic methanol - water（0.04% Phosphoric acid） = 5： 95 and detection wavelength at 274nm . The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^ - 1, and the column temperature was 35℃. Results The linearity of the method was good within the range of 0. 0103 - 0. 206μg and the average recovery of gallic acid was 100.32% ,RSD was 1.88% （n = 6）. The correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8. Conclusion The method is simple , sensitive and reproducible. It can be used in quality control of Shiliuweimalinzi pill.
