摘  要:目的分析药对荆芥-桂枝、单味药荆芥,桂枝的挥发油成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测,通过化学计量学解析法对二维色谱/质谱数据进行解析,从而实现对荆芥-桂枝、单味药荆芥、桂枝的挥发油成分的分析。结果荆芥-桂枝、荆芥和桂枝挥发油成分分别定性得到51,47和61个结果,占总含量的88.72%,90.52%和88.37%。结论药对挥发油成分的数目大致为荆芥和桂枝挥发油成分的加和,但相对含量有变化。Objective To analyze the volatile chemical components of herbal pair Herba Sehizonepetae - Ramulus Cinnamomi (HS- RC ), single herb HS and RC. Methods GC - MS and ehemometrie resolution method (CRM) were employed. Results By use of these methods, 47, 61 and 51 chemical components in volatile oil of HS, RC, and herbal pair HS - RC were respectively determined qualitatively and quantitatively, accounting for 90.52% , gg. 37% and 88.72% total contents of volatile oil of HS, RC, and herbal pair HS - RC, respectively. Conclusion The numbers of the volatile components of herbal pair HS - RC are almost the addition of that of two single herbs, but their relative contents are changed.
