摘　　要：目的:探讨隐匿性巩膜裂伤的临床特点,诊断要点及恰当的治疗措施,以最大限度降低其危害性。方法:对我院2000-01/2008-02,8a间住院隐匿性巩膜裂伤31例患者进行回顾性总结分析。结果:31例31眼在不同的就诊时间,进行手术探查,缝合伤口,抗感染,活血化瘀药物治疗,19眼行二期玻璃体切割手术。27眼保留眼球并有一定的视功能,3眼眼球萎缩,1眼全眼球脓炎行眼球摘除。结论:隐蔽、诊断困难、危害大是该病的特点,辅助影像学检查,早期诊断是关键,及早手术探查,密闭伤口,眼内结构重建,适时进行玻璃体切割术,处理并发症,可降低眼球摘除发生率。AIM： Occult sclera laceration on the clinical features, diagnosis and appropriate treatment measures to minimize its harm. METHODS： We reviewed 31cases （31 eyes） of occult sclera laceration from January 2000 to February 2008 in our hospital. RESULTS： Among 31 cases, surgical exploration, suturing wounds and anti-infection, promoting blood circulation drug treatment, 19 eyes were give secondary vitrectomy. We preserved the eyeball of 27 eyes and got a certain visual function. Three eyeballs were atrophied; a pus-wide eye was enucleated. CONCLUSION： The characters of the disease are concealed and diagnose difficultly. The key is anxiliary imaging examination, early diagnosis and early surgical exploration. To reduce the incidence of enucleation, we should close wounds, reconstruct eye＇s structure, have vitrectomy surgery timely and treat complications.
