应用Odyssey泪管栓治疗干眼的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用美国Odyssey泪管栓子治疗干眼的临床效果。方法:对50例(90眼)确认的干眼患者采用美国Odyssey泪管栓子进行泪管栓塞术治疗,并于手术前及术后2wk,3mo行主观和客观检测方法评估其效果。结果:泪管栓塞术后,干眼症状明显减轻,甚至消失。与术前相比,泪膜破裂时间(BUT)和Schirmer试验(STI)明显增加和延长。与术前相比,40例(75眼)荧光染色角膜上皮点状着色消失。结论:美国Odyssey泪管栓塞术可以明显改善干眼患者的临床症状,增加眼球表面泪液量,改善泪膜稳定性,以促进角膜上皮修复,是治疗干眼安全、有效的方法。AIM： To discuss the clinical effect of application American Odyssey duct suppository in the treatment of dry eyes. METHODS： Fifty dry eye cases （90 eyes） with confirmed using American Odyssey emboli duct for treatment. Preoperative and postoperative 2 weeks, 3 month, we evaluate its effectiveness by detecting subjective and objective methods. RESULTS： Dry eye symptoms significantly reduced, or even disappear after duct embolization. Compared with the preoperative, tear film break-up time （BUT） and Schirmer test （STI） and the extension of a marked increase. Compared with the preoperative, 40 cases （75 eyes） fluorescence staining of corneal epithelial punctate staining disappeared. CONCLUSION： Symptoms of patients suffered from dry eye were relieved obviously after the application of American Odyssey duct embolization. Tear production was increased significantly on the surface of the eyes, function of tear film could be well preserved which in turn facilitates corneal epithelial repair. Odyssey proved to be a safe and efficient option in the treatment of dry eye.
