自体角膜缘干细胞移植与自体体外培养角膜干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植与自体体外培养角膜干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:对26例27眼翼状胬肉患者进行显微镜下翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植或自体体外培养角膜干细胞移植术。结果:自体角膜缘干细胞移植和自体体外培养角膜干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉,术后均表现为不适症状轻持续时间短,角膜创面愈合快,随访1～2a两种术式各复发1眼,治愈率为93%和92%。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植与自体体外培养角膜干细胞移植均可有效防止翼状胬肉的复发,对复发性翼状胬肉和角膜缘损伤的患者自体体外培养角膜干细胞移植更为安全有效。AIM. To investigate the effects of limbal stem cell autograft transplantation （LAT） and corneal autologous transplantation （LATC） in vitro in the treatment of pterygium. METHODS. Twenty-six pterygium cases （27 eyes） underwent pterygium excision with LAT or LACT in vitro. RESULTS, Pterygium excision with LAT or LACT in vitro caused less discomfort,took less time and helped wound surface to heal quickly. After follow-up for 1-2 years,1 eye was found to have recurrent pterygium by LAT or LACT in vitro. The curative rate was 93% and 92% respectively. CONCLUSION. LAT or LACT in vitro is an effective and valuable method for pterygium. LACT in vitro is suitable for patients with recurrent pterygium and limbal stem cell injury.
