摘　　要：目的观察早期免疫营养支持干预对喉癌全喉切除患者免疫功能及营养状况的影响。方法70例喉癌全喉切除患者按入院先后分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者术后开始应用免疫营养支持疗法,观察组患者术前即开始予以免疫营养支持疗法,术后过程同对照组。分别检测两组患者术前及术后1、5、14d的免疫学指标、营养学指标并进行比较。结果术后1d所有病例的各项免疫学指标均显示一致性下降趋势。从术后第5天开始,两组患者各项免疫学指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后14d两组患者的各项免疫学指标差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05),营养学指标差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期免疫营养支持可以明显提高喉癌全喉切除患者的免疫功能,纠正营养不良,降低并发症的发生率,促进患者早日康复。Objective To investigate the effect of immuopotentiator and nutritional supporting therapye on the immune and nutritional status of laryngal cancer patients at the early stage with total laryngectomy. Methods Seventy laryngeal cancer patients with total laryngeetomy were equally divided into 2 groups,observe group （OG） and control group（CG） ,according to admission order. The patients in CG were given the immunopotentiator and nutrient supporting therapy only begun after the surgery and those in OG received the therapy started before the opertion and continuing this supporting therapy following the surgery as those of CG. The associated parameters of immunology and nutriology were assayed in a comparative way before the opertion and at the 1st d,5th d and 14th d following the operation respectively to analyze their differences different period. Results All the immunological indexes displayed a similar declining tendency at the 1st day after the operation among all the cases in both groups, with significant differences from the 5th clay between the two groups（ P〈0. 01）. Until the 14th day following the surgery, such significant differences were still very obvious in the indexes of nutriology and immunology further （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions An immunopotentiator and nutient supporting therapy performed at an early stage can obviously improved therapeutic effects on the injured immune function and the state of malnutrition to reduce the occurrence of complications and to Dromote earlier recovery.
