皮肤成纤维细胞中Dystrophin基因的表达研究

摘　　要：目的研究皮肤成纤维细胞中Dystrophin mRNA和Dystrophin蛋白的表达。方法组织块法体外培养正常鼠皮肤成纤维细胞,通过RT-PCR和Western blotting技术分别检测皮肤成纤维细胞中Dystrophin mRNA及Dystrophin蛋白的表达。结果Dystrophin mRNA和Dystrophin蛋白在培养的皮肤成纤维细胞中均无表达。结论皮肤成纤维细胞可作为细胞间遗传物质转移的供体细胞。Objective To study the expression of Dystrophin mRNA and Dystrophin protein in cultured dermal fibroblast cells. Methods RT-PCR and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of Dystrophin mRNA and Dystrophin protein in vitro cultured dermal fibroblast cells. Results We found that Dystrophin mRNA and Dystrophin protein didn＇t express in cultured dermal fibroblast cells. Conclusion Dermal fibroblast cells could be one of the ideal donor＇s cells for intercellularly genetic materials transfer.
