魔芋醇提取物中石油醚溶解组分的化学成分分析

摘　　要：采用气-质联用法对魔芋醇提取物中石油醚溶解组分的化学成分进行了研究,经毛细管色谱分离分析出35个峰,确认出其中31种成分,鉴定出的化学成分质量占总量的94.4%以上。应用色谱峰面积归一化法分析各成分的质量分数,含量较高的物质有:23-乙基胆甾醇(31.04%),豆甾醇(12.25%),亚油酸乙酯(9.98%),亚油酸(8.28%),维生素E(7.85%),23-甲基胆甾醇(5.05%),棕榈酸(3.93%)。The petroleum ether fractions of ethanol extract acquired from Amorphophallus Blume was analyzed by capillary GC-MS method. Thirty-five components were isolated, and thirty-one of them were identified. The weight of the chemical components identified achieved 94.4% of the whole weight. The relative amount of the components was determined by normalization method. The main components are 23-ethyl-cholesterol, stigmasterol, ethyl linoleateand, linoleic acid, vitamin E. 23-methy- cholestero, hexadecanoic acid.
