摘　　要：目的:研究楔形滤过板对托架因子的影响。方法:在医科达、西门子加速器上测量不带楔形板时和带不同角度楔形板时的托架因子。结果:楔形板对托架因子有一定的影响。结论:在放疗中,应该考虑楔形板对托架因子的影响。To investigate the affection of the wedge on the tray fator.nethod： To measure the tray fator no wedge or with wedge in the Elekta and Siemens accelerator.Results： The wedge will affect the tray factor in the process of radiotherapy. Conclusion： We should consider the the affection of the wedge on the tray fator in the course of radiotherapy.
